Cubing System
Used for palletizing pavers and other concrete units and stacking them into cube form. Includes down elevator indexing cubing system for palletizing. Cubing of concrete units is done with the assistance of a stationary pull plate, down indexing elevator and stacks products on top of each other. The entire unit is operated electrically/hydraulically. Related items include a PLC based electronic controller. Operator interface includes LED display with pre-programmed error messages, multiple machine data, operator assistance and customized programmer capability. Designed and constructed in accordance with JIC standards. Graphic status board. Circuit breaker protection. Cycle start safety feature. Our Cuber skid injector allows automatic pushing of skids onto the cubing elevator.
