Integrated system for placement and removal of product into rack curing systems.
Consists of two transporters (Load & Unload) with rails for moving two (upper & lower level) stacks of product & production pallets (boards) to the curing area. The second transporter is used to move stacks from the curing area to the input end of the Index Cross Conveyor. Each transporter consists of a lower trolley to move to & from cross conveyor and curing chambers and an upper trolley to move to the pick-up or set-down stations within the curing chambers for both the load & unload transporters.
